Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly: name, email, phone, body metrics (weight, height), training and nutrition data submitted through our coaching platform. We also collect check-in photos you upload voluntarily.

2. How We Use It

Your data is used exclusively to deliver personalised coaching services. We use it to generate nutrition plans, track your progress, and communicate feedback. We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Data Storage

Account and coaching data is stored securely with row-level access controls. Uploaded photos and files are stored in Cloudflare R2; sensitive files remain private and are available only through short-lived, access-controlled links. Only you and your assigned coach can access your private coaching data.

4. Email Communications

We send transactional emails via Resend (check-in confirmations, coach feedback notifications, password resets). You can request to opt out of non-essential communications at any time by contacting hugo@the146method.com.

5. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Contact hugo@the146method.com. We will respond within 14 business days.
